Age Requirements

3K - A child must attain the age of 3 on or before September 1st.
4K -  A child must attain the age of 4 on or before September 1st.
Kindergarten - A child shall have attained the age of five (5) years on or before September 1st.  This includes children who have been enrolled in pre-school programs, i.e. K3 and 4K.  Participation in a school’s K4 program does not ensure acceptance into Kindergarten.
First Grade - A child shall have attained the age of six (6) years on or before September 1st.  

All students must be potty-trained.

Admissions Process
Step 1: Online Application

• A non-refundable application fee is required in order to submit your online application.
• Submit the following either online or by delivering it to the school office:
  • Copy of official state birth certificate
  • Copy of official Baptismal certificate (for Catholics)
  • Sacramental record of First Reconciliation and First Eucharist, where applicable for Catholics
  • Final report card copies from previous school(s) 
  • Results of any standardized testing
  • Signed Transcript Request (release for prev. school records for grades 1-8)    
  • Completed Diocese of Fort Worth Health Report
  • Immunization Records Signed by Physician
  • School Physical - All new students are required to complete this form. Additionally, all 6th – 8th graders participating in sports must have this form completed after June 1 for the upcoming school year.
