St. Mary Catholic School is fully accredited with the Texas Education Agency through the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department.

St. Mary Catholic School's most recent accreditation was completed in April of 2022. The Accreditation Commission acknowledged several strengths including the following.

"The St. Mary school and parish community, that possesses and reflect Gospel values in their identity, as well as in the actions and decisions of the faculty, staff and students."

"Faculty and staff members foster a sense of community, by modeling respect and dignity toward each other and their students. According to the Visiting Team the school staff goes above and beyond expectations as well as being flexible and supportive.

"The support given by the Altar Society, the Knights of Columbus as well as civic and business leaders who have attended and/or supported the school over the past 124 years."
